Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking skilled Carpenters & Installers to join our field operations in the Calgary area. You will build high-end outdoor spaces, install pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens for residential and commercial clients.

Ideal candidates bring Journeyperson Carpenter credentials or 3rd/4th-year apprenticeship experience, with a strong tool background and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly wages and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Journeyperson Carpenter designation is ideal; 3rd/4th-year apprentices with relevant experience encouraged to apply.
Strong background in general construction and carpentry, with ability to read plans accurately.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in Calgary's seasonal changes.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

On-site execution: assemble and install outdoor living solutions (pergolas, louvered roofs, enclosures, screens).
Blueprint translation: interpret project drawings and site measurements for accurate installation.
Site & tool management: operate tools safely and keep job sites organized and professional.
Client relations: be the professional point of contact for homeowners and site managers during installation.
Team leadership: guide junior crew members and coordinate with Project Managers to hit deadlines.
