TEEMA Group is seeking a dependable Carpenter Helper to join the Installation Team in Phoenix. This hands-on role focuses on building and installing custom outdoor structures at residential and commercial sites.

You’ll assist with installations, follow drawings, and help manage tools and materials. The job emphasizes safety, customer communication, and learning from experienced crew members for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow basic drawings.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing custom outdoor structures and systems.
• Follow measurements, drawings, and installation plans.
• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.
• Support and learn from experienced crew members.
• Work with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule.
