Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a skilled Builder/Carpenter to join the Phoenix installation team in Glendale, AZ. You will install premium outdoor structures at residential and commercial properties, reading drawings and installing components from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have journeyman level or are advanced apprentices, with room to grow into crew leadership. This is a full-time position offering ongoing training and potential for advancement within a hands-on, outdoors workload.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Carpenter preferred; qualified 3rd or 4th-year apprentices will also be considered.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans and measurements.
• Strong practical knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install custom patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, screen rooms and retractable screens.
• Read and work from drawings, measurements and installation plans.
• Measure, cut, assemble and install components accurately.
• Load, transport and organize tools and materials; operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers.
• Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining quality standards.
• Train and support less-experienced crew members when required.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule.
• Complete installations in accordance with safety, quality and customer-service expectations.
