Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Installation Team in the Boise area. This full-time, long-term role focuses on installing custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens at residential and commercial sites.

You will read drawings and installation plans, load and transport tools, operate hand and power tools, and maintain safe, professional job sites while collaborating with customers and the Project Manager to meet

Qualifications

Construction, carpentry, or installation experience.
Journeyperson Carpenter preferred; 3rd and 4th year apprentices will also be considered.
Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Install custom outdoor structures, including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens.
Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans.
Load, transport, and organize tools and materials.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.
Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
Work with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and meet quality standards.
Train and support other crew members as needed.
