Astound is seeking a dynamic Door-to-Door Outside Sales representative in Pennsylvania. This role focuses on residential markets, meeting prospects in person to quote services and close sign-ups.

You’ll work a mostly outdoor, field-based schedule with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and a base salary of $38,816.34. You’ll engage residents, property managers, and referrals daily, with quota-driven targets and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through in-person visits to residences, property management groups, and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily and present service options.
• Understand property specifics within your portfolio and explain contract terms.
• Promote Astound brand through marketing campaigns and local outreach.
• Report sales statistics to management accurately and promptly.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay aware of competitive market activity.
