Astound is seeking a dynamic field salesperson for residential door-to-door outreach in the Greater Maryland area. You will build relationships with residents and property managers, present service options, quote opportunities, and sign up customers face-to-face.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, self-motivation, and a commission-driven earning potential. Base pay starts at the Maryland market rate with uncapped commissions and strong performance rewards.
