Qualifications

• Reliability and professionalism with a focus on high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication, service accuracy, and timely follow-up.
• Oversee the execution of sold jobs to confirm alignment with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine property inspections to verify service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate existing accounts for potential service enhancements and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job details, and sales activities within company systems.
