Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of retail leadership experience (store manager, assistant manager, or multi-store leadership).
• Proven track record in driving sales, managing expenses, and achieving operational goals.
• Strong ability to build positive team culture and develop others.
• Deep understanding of scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store performance, leading people, operations, and community engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a motivated team aligned with Fjällräven's values.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by modeling GUIDE service standards.
• Manage store expenses, analyze KPIs and P&Ls, and implement growth strategies.
• Collaborate on product assortments and oversee visual merchandising.
