Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Strong track record of delivering thoughtful, people-centered guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: recruit, coach, and develop a values-driven team.
• Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: model GUIDE service standards and ensure guests feel welcomed and informed.
• Support Store Operations & Business Performance: assist with opening/closing, cash handling, payroll support, loss prevention, and inventory management.
• Build Community & Brand Presence: support local events and activations to reflect Fjällräven's values.
• Champion Sustainability: educate guests and teammates on sustainability initiatives and responsible practices.
