You’ll recruit and develop a values-driven team, coach teammates, and deliver premium guest experiences while upholding Fjällräven’s standards and environmental commitments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Strong track record delivering thoughtful, people-centered guest experiences.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with KPIs, sales performance tools, and store financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong, values-driven team aligned to Fjällräven's mission.
• Model GUIDE service standards to deliver premium, personalized guest experiences.
• Support daily operations, cash handling, payroll, loss prevention, and inventory.
• Collaborate on KPIs, strategies, and store profitability.
