Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner as they enter the store.
• Handle merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses as appropriate.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions with product recommendations.
• Keep work area neat, stocked, and organized; follow company policies and procedures.
• Participate in incentive and rewards programs and stay knowledgeable about promotions.
