Astound is seeking a proactive residential direct sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents face-to-face, assess service needs, provide quotes, and sign up customers for Astound’s internet offerings.

The role focuses on door-to-door field work with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions. The position offers a base salary with opportunities for bonus and commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential settings through face-to-face visits.
• Pursue provided leads daily and convert them into sign-ups.
• Learn property details within portfolio to tailor offerings.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customers' needs and present suitable solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Report sales statistics to management promptly.
• Monitor competitor activity in the market.
• Other duties as assigned.
