Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic door-to-door residential sales representative to drive new customer acquisition in the Greater Maryland area. You will engage residents face-to-face, present service options, and close sign-ups while building the Astound brand in the community.

This role emphasizes outdoor, field-based activity with a base salary and uncapped commissions. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential to achieve earnings potential in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Field-based, face-to-face customer engagement a must.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in the Greater Maryland area.
• Pursue leads provided daily and pursue opportunities aggressively.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Explain customer needs and provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about the competition and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
