Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential outside sales representative to work in the Greater Maryland area. You will engage residents and managers face-to-face, deliver quotes, and sign-up orders for Astound services in a door-to-door capacity.

You’ll be compensated with a base salary of $38,778.69 per year plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $95,000. A strong, customer-focused sales approach and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential outside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Must be self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate marketing campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations; understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay updated on competitive market activities in your area.
• This is a face-to-face, door-to-door role with strong earning potential.
