Job summary

Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, seeks a Guest Adventures Supervisor to lead the recreation team and support the Guest Adventures Manager in delivering memorable experiences for our guests. You will oversee pool, beach, and activity staff, ensure safety, coordinate equipment, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces while guiding staff performance and guest satisfaction.

This role offers outdoor work in a tropical setting and opportunities to develop our guest programs across the resort.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervisory roles, preferably in hospitality or recreation.
• Strong guest service orientation with effective communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and proactively handle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the recreation team under the Guest Adventures Manager.
• Inform guests about activities and assist with equipment like bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and golf gear.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness around pools, beaches, and piers; ensure towels and lounge areas are organized.
