Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo is seeking a motivated Recreation Attendant to engage guests with outdoor activities and entertaining events. You will interact with guests, help organize activities and create memorable experiences in a luxury oceanfront setting.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for sports and recreation. This on-site role offers weekend and holiday scheduling and growth opportunities within the resort’s recreation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recreational activities and sports.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Organize and conduct recreational activities and events for guests of all ages.
• Assist with planning and coordinating recreational programming.
