Job summary

Southall Farm and Inn seeks an Activities Operations Coordinator to lead outdoor programming including the Aerial Adventure Course, guided hikes, mountain biking, archery and more. You’ll ensure safety, train staff and coordinate guest experiences across property.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory and experiential-program facilitation experience, hospitality background, and a readiness to work outdoors in varied weather while maintaining exceptional guest service and 5-star standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supervising and supporting staff.
• 2 years of experience teaching or facilitating experiential programs.
• Previous hospitality and customer service experience.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certification within 30 days of starting employment.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays.
• Major portion of the day outdoors and moving across the property.

Responsibilities

• Provides a safe, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Train and develop Southall programs and staff.
• Leads Service Harmonies participation and execution.
• Back up support for new program development.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies for all activities.
• Oversees ropes training and certifications, ensuring safety compliance.
• Operational support of Program Guides in facilitation of programming.
• Coordinate Team Quest programming.
• Oversee opening and/or closing duties.
• Facilitation of Southall programming with safety, education, and unique experiences.
• Leads staff activities coordination.
• Assist with communication and scheduling of user groups and guests.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Southall Leadership.
