Job summary

Bishops Lodge at Auberge Collection is seeking an Adventures Coordinator to join the team and help deliver memorable guest experiences. The role includes coordinating and executing activities, leading hikes, and providing high-level guest service across all programs and VIP events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down areas for weekly classes and events; move supplies between venues.
• Lead daily hikes for guest groups (easy to medium).
• Organize and clean activity storage areas and spaces.
• Report maintenance needs to management.
• Communicate low stock of supplies/equipment to management.
• Use computer/hotel software and print documents as needed.
• Maintain open communication with other departments.
• Gain detailed knowledge of all programs and experiences to speak with guests and staff.
• Assist with lodge tasks and support VIP guests, corporate events and buyouts.
