Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in a field-based environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must maintain a driving record that meets Go-Forth's MVR standards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily.
• Actively engage in sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct in-home visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend pest control plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Supervise and coach a team of sales and service professionals to achieve targets.
• Oversee scheduling, territory management, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to drive growth.
