Job summary

Weed Man Lawn Care is seeking a friendly Door Knocker (Marketing Representative) to join our Winchester, VA team. This part-time role runs 4pm–8pm, Monday through Friday, and pays $15/hour base plus commissions.

You will visit residential neighborhoods, distribute door hangers, promote offers, and help generate leads for our sales team. A positive, self-motivated attitude helps you excel and grow into sales or operations roles.

• Must be outgoing and able to speak with homeowners.
• Ability to work outdoors on foot for extended periods.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Visit residential neighborhoods to distribute door hangers and introduce homeowners to Weed Man services
• Promote special offers and help generate leads for our sales team

• Track daily activity and report results to your supervisor
