Job summary

Weed Man Kalamazoo is seeking energetic, customer-service oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Outreach Representatives. The role focuses on canvassing neighborhoods, generating leads for our sales team, and providing a no-pressure, no-selling experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, totaling 23–30 hours per week. Paid training and a guaranteed hourly wage with performance bonuses are offered.

No selling required, there is a daily bonus opportunity on top of your hourly wage.The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Weekly hours are 23 to 30 hours per week.
