Weed Man Lawn Care / Mosquito Hero - Granger, IN is hiring a Customer Outreach Representative to canvass neighborhoods, generate leads for a lawn care quote, and be the first contact for prospective customers. No selling is required; hours are Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, totaling 23–30 hours per week.

This seasonal role offers potential full‑time growth starting September 2026. You will receive paid training, a guaranteed hourly wage of $18, plus performance bonuses.

The Customer Outreach Representative is a key role in our marketing efforts as you become the first source of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to reach out to our service areas by canvassing neighborhoods, interact with the prospects and generate leads for anyone interested in receiving a free, no-obligation lawn carequote. No selling required, there is a daily bonus opportunity on top of your hourly wage.The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Weekly hours are 23 to 30 hours per week.
