Job summary

Weed-Man in Homewood, AL is seeking an Outdoor Marketing Representative to walk and canvass neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and connect them with our sales team for lawn care quotes. This full-time role emphasizes no selling, no cold calling, and offers a base pay of $18/hour with commissions that can push pay above $20/hour and up to $25+/hour when targets are exceeded.

Day schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible daylight savings shift; occasional Saturday make-up days

Your job is simple: get outside, meet people, and connect homeowners with our sales team.

You’ll be canvassing local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and offering FREE, NO-OBLIGATION lawn care quotes. You’re not selling a service—you’re simply creating opportunities for homeowners to learn how we can help their lawn.

GET PAID FOR YOUR EFFORT!

• $18/hour guaranteed base pay
• Commissions can take you above $20/hour
• Earn up to $25+/hour when you exceed targets
• UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS — the more you accomplish, the more you can earn!

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday
11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Will transition to 10:00 AM-6:00 PM with Daylight Savings
Occasional Saturday make-up days may be required due to weather.
