Cincinnati Outdoor Sales Representative

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus commission and performance bonuses.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm
• Saturday as needed
• Weekend availability required to accommodate scheduling needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to introduce Weed Man services and generate qualified leads
• Engage homeowners and explain the benefits of Weed Man lawn care programs
• Collaborate with a team‑driven environment to achieve individual and team lead‑generation goals
• Perform quick lawn assessments and provide service quotes when appropriate
• Educate homeowners on lawn care solutions and maintenance practices
