Job summary

Weed Man Lawn Care invites applications for our Kalamazoo-area Customer Outreach Representative. This seasonal role focuses on canvassing neighborhoods, generating leads for the sales team, and serving as the first point of contact for potential customers.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, totaling 23 to 30 hours per week. Paid training, a guaranteed hourly base with performance bonuses, and no selling involved create an accessible path to success.
