Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to help load customers’ purchases and manage outdoor merchandising at our location. You’ll price items, assist with unloading trucks, gather carts, and keep the exterior welcoming and well-presented to shoppers.

You’ll follow the Outdoor Merchandising Guide, maintain clean lots, and participate in cross-training and training programs to grow with the team. Must be able to lift 30–50 pounds and operate store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm successful transactions.
• Perform load outs from the store to customers’ vehicles, ensuring safe loading.
• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide to maintain exterior presentation.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.
• Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained.
• Zone outdoor merchandising spaces to maintain an orderly display.
• Use standard office equipment and retail tools.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs and webinars to stay current.
