Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to help customers load purchases and manage outdoor merchandising tasks. You’ll price, zone, unload deliveries, and maintain a clean exterior display to invite shoppers into the store.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering friendly, proactive support while following Rural King values and training programs to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage with customers and help loading purchases safely.
• Strong team orientation and willingness to learn cross-functional tasks.
• Ability to follow merchandising and pricing guidelines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in loading purchases into their vehicles for a smooth checkout.
• Collect signatures for load-out tickets to confirm transactions.
• Perform load-out duties to ensure safe, efficient customer service.
• Maintain outside presentation per Outdoor Merchandising Guide and keep areas tidy.
• Ensure accurate pricing and keep parking lot and entry zones orderly.
• Assist with cross-training and participate in training programs and workshops.
