Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support outdoor merchandising projects and assist customers with loading their purchases into their vehicles. You will price and zone outdoor merchandise, unload delivery trucks, gather shopping carts, attend to customer inquiries, and maintain a pristine exterior presentation of the store, ensuring a warm and inviting entry for our customers.

• Maintain exterior presentation per Outdoor Merchandising Guide for easy shopping.
• Ensure accurate pricing of outdoor merchandise.
• Keep parking lots and entry areas clean and organized.
• Zone outdoor spaces like load lanes and front walkways during shifts.
• Operate store equipment such as Telxon, forklift, pallet jack, and ladder.
• Participate in cross-training across departments and attend training programs.
