Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to help manage outdoor merchandising and assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles. You will price outdoor items, unload deliveries, collect load-out signatures, and maintain an inviting exterior presentation for shoppers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, adhering to merchandising guides, keeping the lot clean, and cross-training across departments.

• Adhere to Outdoor Merchandising Guide for consistent exterior presentation.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.
• Keep parking lot and outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
• Zone outdoor spaces such as load lanes and front sidewalks during intervals.
• Operate retail equipment like Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, and ladders.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments and responsibilities.
• Engage in training programs and webinars to stay current on developments.
• Provide friendly, proactive support to customers and team members.
