Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support outdoor merchandising and assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles. The role includes pricing, unloading deliveries, gathering carts, and maintaining a warm store exterior.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, engage with customers and teammates, and follow merchandising guides to ensure a safe, inviting shopping experience. Prior retail teamwork experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm transactions.
• Perform load outs from store to vehicles, ensuring safe loading.
• Maintain consistent outside presentation per Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
• Ensure accurate pricing for products.
• Keep parking lot and exterior areas clean and presentable.
• Zone outdoor merchandising spaces to maintain an orderly display.
• Operate retail equipment such as Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs and webinars to stay current with developments.
• Provide proactive internal and external support for inquiries and issues.
