You will respond to inbound leads, build quotes, and schedule installations, while collaborating with builders and trade partners to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in home improvement or building products is preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills and a consultative approach to selling.
• Ability to learn product details and explain differences clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups consistently.
• Comfortable using CRM software to track opportunities and customer information.
• Willingness to meet with builders, contractors, and trade partners in person when needed.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Consult with homeowners to understand needs and recommend the right products.
• Learn and communicate product features, applications, and differences.
• Build accurate quotes and follow up to convert opportunities to booked jobs.
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, and trade partners.
• Follow up with customers and existing leads for additional sales opportunities.
• Schedule the jobs you sell to ensure smooth installation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for customers, leads, quotes, and notes.
