Hinkle Outdoor Living in Kansas City seeks an experienced Outdoor Living Guide to lead high-end residential design-build sales from first contact through closing. You will own the client relationship, guide discovery, provide documentation, ensure margins, and hand off to Operations, while partnering with a Landscape Designer and Ops Manager to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.

The role requires strong communication, objection handling, and a proven track record in selling complex outdoor

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in residential sales, ideally design-build or outdoor living.
• Strong closer with ability to uncover objections and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication across phone, video, and in-home conversations.
• Reliable follow-up across multiple opportunities.
• Strong listening, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Run discovery calls to qualify fit, budget, and timeline.
• Lead in-home consultations and guide clients through next steps.
• Collaborate with Designer and Ops Manager to align scope.
• Present design discovery and proposal decks.
• Lead proposals, handle objections, negotiate and close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and handoffs to Operations.
• Represent the brand voice and consultative client experience.
