Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory.
• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services.
• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM.
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met.
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
• Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their needs, goals, budget, and vision for their outdoor space.
• Build relationships and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Educate homeowners on our services, process, and the value of working with Red Branch.
• Develop and present compelling project proposals.
• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Confidently address questions and objections and ask for the sale.
• Manage opportunities from initial consultation through signed contract.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within our CRM.
• Work closely with our design, estimating, and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills.
