Job summary

Pool and Spa Builders, Inc. is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to be the backbone of our office in Sylmar, CA.

You will manage estimates, invoices, budgets, permits, and schedules, while serving as the first friendly voice for clients and coordinating with the Project Manager to keep projects on track. Role offers competitive hourly pay, a full-time Mon–Fri schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a hands-on construction environment with site visits.

Qualifications

• Office or administrative experience; construction experience is a plus, and training will be provided.
• Comfortable working with numbers and eager to learn invoicing, job costing and budget tracking.
• Strong software skills and quick to learn new tools, including Contractor Foreman and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Keep project finances on track and prepare/send invoices; follow up on client payments.
• Track budgets: materials, labor hours, subcontractor costs.
• Build/update Schedule of Values for progress billing and change orders.
• Collect lien releases, COIs, and onboard subcontractors/vendors.
• Submit permit applications and schedule inspections.
• Maintain master job calendar and schedule repair/service work orders.
• Answer phones and schedule site visits; nurture client leads to signed projects.
