Job summary

Pool and Spa Builders, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead residential pool, spa and outdoor space construction projects from kickoff to completion in Sylmar, CA.

You will own the schedule, supervise crews and subcontractors, maintain site safety, manage client communications, and ensure quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects and supervising crews.
• Ability to read plans, specs and engineering drawings.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills; able to run several jobs.
• Proficient with construction software: Contractor Foreman, Procore, Buildertrend.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA safety requirements.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors on active job sites in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects, review plans, coordinate material orders and subcontractors.
• Lead job-site meetings, supervise crews, and ensure quality and safety.
• Manage client communications, conduct walkthroughs and handle change orders.
• Track costs and report weekly status to owner.
