You will read basic drawings, follow plans, load and organize tools, and assist crews to stay on schedule while learning from experienced teammates. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and follow basic drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and with safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing custom outdoor structures and systems
• Follow measurements, drawings, and installation plans
• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
• Support and learn from experienced crew members
• Work with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and meet quality standards
• Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
