In this role, you'll bring outdoor living concepts to life-constructing top-tier patio enclosures, modern louvered roof systems, and custom retractable screens for both residential and commercial clients.

On-Site Execution: Assemble and install custom outdoor living solutions, including pergolas, louvered roofs, enclosures, and screen systems.
Blueprint Translation: Interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and precise site measurements to ensure accurate installation.
Site & Tool Management: Safely operate a wide range of power and hand tools while keeping job sites organized, secure, and professional.
Client Relations: Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for homeowners and site managers during installation.
Team Leadership: Guide junior crew members, maintain quality control standards, and collaborate closely with Project Managers to hit project deadlines.
Trade Experience: Journeyperson Carpenter designation is ideal; 3rd or 4th-year apprentices with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply. (Subcontractors with their own rig, tools, and insurance are also welcome).
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in general construction, carpentry, or structural assembly, with the ability to read plans accurately.
Physical Capabilities: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, working at heights (ladders/scaffolding), and working outdoors across Calgary's changing seasons.
Professional Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and strong communication skills.
Bonus Asset: Prior experience managing or mentoring a small field crew.
