You will report repairs to the Service Manager, support move-outs and turnovers, help with seasonal tasks like snow or leaf removal, maintain neat storage areas, and ensure safety and company policies are followed, all while joining a

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
