Arlington Properties is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain our community grounds, stairways and public areas in Foley, AL. You will assist with basic maintenance, safety inspections, trash removal, and prep work for new residents while providing friendly resident service.

No prior experience required; strong teamwork and a care for cleanliness are valued. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather and lifting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping: inspect and clean property grounds, walkways, and common areas.
• Maintenance assistance: help with cleaning, minor repairs, and preparing units.
• Safety & inspections: identify hazards and report to supervisor.
• Supply management: assist with storage and inventory of supplies.
• Pool maintenance: assist with basic pool upkeep where applicable.
• Trash removal: empty trash and keep dumpster area tidy.
• Snow & ice removal: assist during inclement weather to keep walkways safe.
• Customer service: address residents' maintenance concerns professionally.
