Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of outdoor tasks and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Prepare units for new residents and turnovers.
• Assist with seasonal tasks like snow or leaf removal.
• Maintain pool areas where applicable.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
