Arlington Properties in Stoney Brook - Fultondale, AL 35068 is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, keep walkways and public areas debris-free, and assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks to prepare units for new residents.

You will report repairs to the Service Manager, support move-outs and turnovers, help with seasonal tasks like snow or leaf removal, maintain neat storage areas, and ensure safety and company policies are followed, all while joining a

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
