Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper in Fultondale, AL to maintain outdoor spaces and support property upkeep. You will keep walkways and common areas clean, assist with maintenance tasks, and help prepare units for new residents, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.

The role emphasizes customer-facing upkeep, teamwork, and outdoor work in all weather. No landscaping experience required; physical stamina and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform daily tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Prepare units for new residents and maintain neat work areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas where applicable.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
