Three Stone Homes is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain multiple properties, including Springfield Farms and Brookline, MO. You will perform landscaping, seasonal maintenance, snow removal, and equipment upkeep to keep grounds safe, clean, and visually appealing.

You’ll work across various sites, operate power landscaping tools safely, and support property appearance and asset care with attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional groundskeeping or landscaping experience is required.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
• Trim bushes, shrubs and hedges for professional appearance.
• Prepare soil and plant flowers, shrubs, trees for aesthetics.
• Monitor landscaping conditions and report maintenance needs.
