This role requires at least one year of groundskeeping or related experience, tool proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with make-ready for new residents.
• Support maintenance with routine service requests and minor repairs.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting as needed.
• Maintain and inventory landscaping tools and equipment.
