Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable daily transportation required (vehicle at work site).
• Valid vehicle insurance required.
• Possesses own tools to perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds for multifamily and commercial divisions.
• Assist with minor repairs of buildings (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Operate pressure washer to clean sidewalks, curbs, entrances, and parking areas.
• Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, trimming, and weed control.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support emergency repairs as needed.
