Job summary

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.
Reliable daily transportation required. Transportation must remain at the same location as employee all day every day
Valid vehicle insurance required
Possesses own tools in order to perform technical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of grounds for multifamily and commercial properties, including lawn care and painting tasks.
Assist with small repairs in buildings; plumbing, electrical, carpentry as needed.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment; pressure wash sidewalks and entrances.
Perform emergency and preventative maintenance for buildings.
Assist in moving and setting up furniture for corporate housing divisions.
Adhere to safety standards and quality requirements; on-call work as needed.
