Three Stone Homes in Brookline, Missouri is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain multiple residential and recreational properties. This role covers grounds, landscaping, seasonal upkeep, snow removal, and equipment operation to keep properties safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of groundskeeping/landscaping experience.
• Valid driver''s license to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor work in various weather.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and hedges for professional appearance.
• Prepare soil and plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and landscaping elements.
• Monitor landscaping conditions and report needs.
• Remove trash from common areas and protect assets.
• Perform snow and ice removal and operate snow equipment.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
• Support pool upkeep and sewer treatment plant operations.
• Maintain multiple properties across Springfield, Brookline, and Rogersville.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations staff on property improvement.
