Job summary

Place 2B Properties in Salem, Oregon, is looking for a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our residential and multifamily properties across multiple locations. You will travel between properties to ensure each site remains well-maintained and presentable.

You will work with the maintenance and property management teams to create a positive environment for residents, performing general cleaning, trash management, safety checks, and resident service tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing.
• Basic landscaping knowledge to maintain lawns and plantings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas, including parking lots, walkways, and landscaping.
• Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms.
• Travel between properties to perform duties.
• Report safety hazards and ensure secure access to areas.
• Assist residents with move-ins/outs and inquiries.
• Maintain logs and manage cleaning supplies inventory.
• Participate in special projects and seasonal cleaning.
