Job summary

1st-Lake-Properties seeks a Grounds Maintenance Technician to keep the apartment community’s exteriors clean and visually appealing. You will remove debris, care for pools, pressure wash exteriors, and blow leaves while reporting issues to management. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate equipment such as blowers and pressure washers.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to keep grounds visually appealing.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of pools on the property.
• Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures.
