Apartment Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in their job, and values being part of a collaborative team.

You will perform landscaping, trash removal, snow clearing, and basic maintenance across multiple properties. The job requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to pick up trash and maintain dog waste stations.
• Mow, trim, and mulch landscaping tasks.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.).
• Remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps.
• Report safety hazards to the Service Supervisor.
• Assist with unit make-ready tasks as requested.
• Follow safety procedures and property security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
